Please note diamond dust is a Mica-based resin and does not include actual diamond particles. Mica is a natural mineral that has sparkling and shiny flakes that achieve a unique diamond-like effect.
We offer free standard shipping worldwide. You can upgrade your shipping speed or add shipping protection at checkout. Please note that shipping times are an estimate, and your estimated shipping time begins after your ring has been crafted.
SIZING LOCALLY
If you opt out of our free ring sizing kit, it is essential to get sized accurately by 2-3 different reputable, local jewelers. Please follow the guidelines below to ensure you are given the most accurate ring size.
WIDE BANDS (6mm-10mm)
For wider rings, we recommend sizing with standard fit bands (not comfort fit) that closely match the width of the ring you will order. Most of our wide designs are 8mm.
TUNGSTEN RINGS
If purchasing tungsten, we recommend being sized with comfort-fit bands that are at least 6mm wide to ensure an accurate fit.
Our tungsten rings are crafted exclusively in an 8mm width with a comfort fit band and are only available in whole and half sizes from 6 to 15. Width customizations cannot be accommodated.
NARROW BANDS (1mm-5mm)
For delicate bands, get sized using rings that closely match the width you plan to order. If that’s not available, thin keyring-style sizers are generally reliable for this range.
Returns & Exchanges
We do accept returns and exchanges as long as the ring is returned within 30 days of receiving it, and is returned in perfect condition. Please email us for instructions on sending the ring in!
Custom rings are final sale and may not be returned for any portion of a refund or store credit. “Custom” means altering the ring in any way from the listing you purchased it from, including altering the width of the ring, changing the materials, adding a custom ring engraving, etc.
Completed services such as ring engravings, rushes, etc., will not be refunded or credited.
Cancellations
Orders canceled within 24 hours are eligible for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellations may receive a 70% refund with a 30% restocking fee. For full details, please see our Cancellation Policy.
Design Rights
Staghead Designs retains the rights to all custom and commissioned designs and may feature them in our portfolio, marketing, or website listings.
Natural Variation
Because we work with natural materials, each ring will have its own unique color, grain, and character. No two rings are exactly alike.
All eligible rings will be engraved with our antler logo and metal type.
If you purchase a stone from the Staghead Mine, please note that loose stones are not shipped separately, and all sales are final.

CARE GUIDELINES
Men’s/Unisex Rings
Because many of our rings have natural materials in them, they do require more care than a traditional solid gold wedding band. We recommend you remove your ring for:
- Any water exposure (including handwashing)
- Using household chemicals, hand sanitizer, or any other harsh chemicals
- Any manual labor
- Anything that might incur impact damage such as hitting your ring on hard surfaces or dropping it
Engagement Rings
- Remove your ring for any manual labor (especially anything that includes gripping items tightly such as furniture, free weights, etc.)
- Remove your ring when using cosmetics, household chemicals, hand sanitizer, or any other harsh chemicals
