I’m honestly a little disappointed, especially considering the price I paid for it. When I opened the presentation box, I noticed what looked like an oil stain or some kind of liquid mark on it. The diamond or stone also appears to be scratched and isn’t nearly as shiny as I expected. It doesn’t feel like the item was prepared with the level of love and care I would have expected.
On the positive side, I still really love what your brand has to offer. Your pieces are so unique and stand out from those of many other jewelry stores, which is what attracted me to your brand in the first place. I just wish the overall quality and presentation had lived up to my expectations, especially for the price.
My fiancee let me know she wanted "something red" and that's all I had to go off of. This ring elegantly got her style just right without being tacky. She loves the size of the center stone and the detailing in gold. It fit her perfectly. The design ends up looking bold and regal while not over complicated, so it catches attention but its not over the top. Thank you to the customer service team as well for making sure the ring was delivered on time and to the right address!
I have had my ring for less than a month and have recieved so many compliments on the craftsmanship and unique design. Customer service was responsive and helpful. I have already placed another order!!
