We do accept returns and exchanges as long as the ring is returned within 30 days of receiving it, the ring is not custom, and it arrives in perfect condition. The ring also must be in its original, unaltered state. 

Custom Rings: All custom rings are considered final sale and cannot be returned for any portion of a store credit or refund. Custom means altering the ring in any way from what the ring listing shows - different width, adding a ring engraving, different materials, etc. This also includes a fully custom design that we worked with the client to create.

Non-Custom Rings: You can return the ring for a full refund or exchange it for a ring that is of equal or lesser value. If you would like to exchange your ring for a ring that has a higher value than what you originally paid we will provide you with a store credit which can be used to purchase the new ring. The price difference will be paid at checkout.

In the event you need to send your ring in for a return or exchange, simply email us with your order number and put "Attention Returns" in the subject line of the email to receive instructions on sending the ring in.

*A shipping label will not be provided. The customer is responsible for shipping charges to return the ring. If shipping your ring to us from outside of the U.S. we are not liable to cover any import/customs fees that may be required by the mail carrier. We will require these fees be paid by you, the customer, prior to us paying the mail carrier. If the fees are not paid in a timely manner this may result in the mail carrier returning the ring to you.

*If you purchased the Extend Protection Plan and return your jewelry, Extend will issue a pro-rated refund based on how long you have had your ring.

*All refunds will automatically be processed through the original payment method.

*You may not return more than 1 ring within a 6 month time frame.

*Rings must be returned in perfect condition. If there is damage, scratching, etc. we will deduct the repair amount from your refund or store credit



 If you contact us within 24 hours of your purchase you can receive a 100% refund. If contacting us after 24 hours of ordering a 30% restocking fee will be retained, and you will receive a 70% refund.

 Custom orders cannot be canceled at any time for any portion of a refund or store credit.

*Ring engravings and box engravings will not be refunded if service has been completed

*Rush services will not be refunded

*All refunds will automatically be processed through the original payment method



  • 3 Weeks: Rings set in Titanium, Black Zirconium, Damascus Steel, Tungsten, or Ceramic
    • If the ring contains any Silver or Gold the production time is 6 weeks
  • 6 Weeks: Any ring containing Silver or Gold
  • 8 Weeks: Women's engagement rings & any ring with precious stones
  • 8-10+ Weeks: Please note that fully custom rings always have the possibility of taking longer than 8 weeks. Designing a custom commissioned ring takes time and extra care to ensure we can make the ring you have envisioned come to life. This extra time accounts for sourcing custom stones, new materials, CAD design, or the custom casting of an original design and the complexity of that design

Please note that the interior of all eligible rings will be engraved with our antler logo and the metal type of the ring you are purchasing.

We do offer a rush service if you need your ring sooner than our standard lead times. You can add this service during checkout when asked if you need your ring sooner, however please note there are some restrictions and an additional fee may be incurred depending on the need-by date.
