We accept returns and exchanges on non-custom rings within 30 days of delivery, provided the ring is returned in perfect, unworn condition and in its original, unaltered state.
Custom Rings (Final Sale)
All custom rings are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, cancellation, refund, or store credit.
A ring is considered custom if it differs in any way from the original listing, including but not limited to:
- Changes to band width or dimensions
- Added engravings
- Alternate metals or materials
- Any design modifications
- Fully custom designs created in collaboration with the client

Non-Custom Rings
Non-custom rings may be returned for a full refund or exchanged for a ring of equal or lesser value. If exchanging for a ring of higher value, we will issue a store credit for the original purchase amount. Any price difference will be paid at checkout.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To begin a return or exchange, please email us with your order number and include “Attention Returns” in the subject line. We will provide detailed return instructions. You can also contact us here.
Important Notes
- Return shipping labels are not provided. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- For international returns, customers are responsible for any import or customs fees. These fees must be paid before we can accept the package. Unpaid fees may result in the carrier returning the ring to the sender.
- Rings must be returned in perfect condition. Any damage, wear, or scratching will result in the cost of repair being deducted from your refund or store credit.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within one week of receiving and inspecting the item.
- Customers may return no more than one ring within a six-month period.
- If you purchased the Extend Protection Plan and return your jewelry, Extend will issue a pro-rated refund based on the length of coverage used.
Cancellations
- Orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase are eligible for a 100% refund.
- Orders canceled after 24 hours are subject to a 30% restocking fee, with the remaining 70% refunded.

Custom orders cannot be canceled at any time and are not eligible for a refund or store credit.
Non-Refundable Services
- Ring and box engravings, once the service has been completed
- Rush services
All refunds are automatically processed to the original payment method.
Miscellaneous
- The interior of all eligible rings will be engraved with our antler logo and the metal type of the ring.
