Communication with the company regarding the custom process was very clear and concise. Once I decided on the right band and sent in my sister's ashes the production process went smoothly. Communication during the production process was also concise and timely. My ring was completed ahead of the advertised time frame. The packaging the ring was shipped in is as beautiful as the completed band. I now have a beautiful piece of jewelry that allows me to always have my sister with me. I can't explain how much comfort that brings me. I would recommend Stagehead Designs to anyone looking for a unique piece of jewelry.
