- Submit the claim form above or reach out to us via chat, email, or phone
- Fill out some information regarding your order and submit the request
- We will confirm the replacement and provide you with a store credit to re-purchase the item(s) at no cost to you
- If the item can be repaired, we will provide you with a return shipping label so you can send it back to us for repair. We will also cover the cost to ship the item back to you once the repair is completed
Once the new order is in place, we will get to work on it and do our best to expedite production!
If you purchased a one-of-a-kind or custom item with a Staghead Minestone and we are unable to find a replacement stone with the same dimensions or at the same price, you will be provided a store credit for the full amount originally paid, and any additional costs will be paid at checkout. Changes in stone shape or size may require a new CAD design to be completed for the new stone to fit the ring design; this will require a CAD fee to be paid at checkout as well. Any design changes to the ring itself will also incur additional costs that must be paid at checkout.
If an item is damaged beyond repair, we may require you to send the item back to us before we ship your replacement item to you. We will provide you with a return shipping label to send the item back.
