We offer free standard shipping worldwide. You can upgrade your shipping speed or add shipping protection at checkout. Please note that shipping times are an estimate, and your estimated shipping time begins after your ring has been crafted.

Production Times:

• 3 Weeks for Titanium, Black Zirconium, Tungsten & Damascus Steel Rings
• 6 Weeks for Gold & Silver Rings

Please note: Simple material exchanges using materials we regularly stock, such as swapping wood for antler, typically do not extend production time. Requests requiring specialty materials or custom design modifications may extend production beyond the standard timeline.

SIZING LOCALLY
If you opt out of our free ring sizing kit, it is essential to get sized accurately by 2-3 different reputable, local jewelers. Please follow the guidelines below to ensure you are given the most accurate ring size.

WIDE BANDS (6mm-10mm)
For wider rings, we recommend sizing with standard fit bands (not comfort fit) that closely match the width of the ring you will order. Most of our wide designs are 8mm.

TUNGSTEN RINGS
If purchasing tungsten, we recommend being sized with comfort-fit bands that are at least 6mm wide to ensure an accurate fit.

Our tungsten rings are crafted exclusively in an 8mm width with a comfort fit band and are only available in whole and half sizes from 6 to 15. Width customizations cannot be accommodated.

NARROW BANDS (1mm-5mm)
For delicate bands, get sized using rings that closely match the width you plan to order. If that’s not available, thin keyring-style sizers are generally reliable for this range.

Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery, as long as your ring is returned in its original, unworn condition. Please email us for return instructions before sending your item back.

Custom Orders (Final Sale)
Custom pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. “Custom” includes any modification to a listed design, such as changes to width, materials, stone selection, or the addition of engraving.

Completed services (including rush fees, engraving, and similar add-ons) are non-refundable and not eligible for store credit.

Cancellations

Orders canceled within 24 hours are eligible for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellations may receive a 70% refund with a 30% restocking fee. For full details, please see our Cancellation Policy.

Design Rights
Staghead Designs retains the rights to all custom and commissioned designs and may feature them in our portfolio, marketing, or website listings.

Natural Variation
Because we work with natural materials, each ring will have its own unique color, grain, and character. No two rings are exactly alike.

All eligible rings will be engraved with our antler logo and metal type.

CARE GUIDELINES

Because many of our rings feature natural materials, they require more care than a traditional solid metal wedding band. We recommend you remove your ring for:

• Any water exposure (including handwashing)
• Using household chemicals, hand sanitizer, or any other harsh chemicals
• Any manual labor
• Anything that might incur impact damage, such as hitting your ring on hard surfaces or dropping it
