I recently posted a negative review based on my experience after receiving the wrong ring. As someone with a disability who lives far from town, returning the item would have been extremely inconvenient. I decided to keep the ring because I did not believe I could return it easily and was concerned the correct ring would not arrive on time.
However, customer service contacted me directly and resolved the issue for me with out it being inconvenient for my disability. The correct ring should now arrive on time as well.
Aside from the initial error, the craftsmanship is beautiful, and the company corrected my order promptly! They truly do care about their customers!
We are getting married in our backyard due to my disability, so I truly appreciate the assistance. And I am retracting my previous review and would definitely recommend this company! 100%

We’re sorry that you received the incorrect ring and understand how frustrating and inconvenient this experience has been, especially with an important event approaching.
We initially provided a prepaid return label and offered to remake the correct ring at no cost, with delivery by your requested date. When you explained the inconvenience of returning the original ring, we let you know that you could keep it and that we would still make and send the correct ring in time for your event.
To clarify, you will not be charged for the replacement ring. The remake is being provided at no additional cost as part of our effort to make this right.

The ring is absolutely perfect and my fiance loves it. I love that we got to choose the thickness and metal and that we were able to create something that fits his love of green and nature.
The ring kit was also incredibly helpful to find his size, and when we were worried we lost a piece, contacting the company was incredibly easy and communication was awesome.

My husband lost his first ring because the sales person didn’t size his finger correctly. I liked how Staghead sent a sizing ring box so he could wear the ring for a couple of days before we decided on the size of the ring. After we returned the ring sizing box it only took a north of weeks for Staghead to create my husbands new ring. He loves the quality and feel of the ring and we were pleasantly surprised when they also sent a “work” ring to protect our investment. Thank you and the process was very easy!
My wife and I got the matching set of the Celtic Love Knot wedding bands. We both love the look of them and they fit great!
