We offer free standard shipping worldwide. You can upgrade your shipping speed or add shipping protection at checkout. Please note that shipping times are an estimate, and your estimated shipping time begins after your ring has been crafted.
Production Time:
Please note: Simple material exchanges using materials we regularly stock, such as swapping wood for antler, typically do not extend production time. Requests requiring specialty materials or custom design modifications may extend production beyond the standard timeline.
Finding the right fit is essential, especially for rings with unique widths and profiles like ours. Please follow the guidelines below to ensure the most accurate size.
WIDE BANDS (6mm-10mm)
For wider rings, we recommend sizing with standard-fit bands (not comfort fit) that closely match your desired width. Most of our wide designs are 8mm.
Avoid using thin sizing rings, as they tend to feel looser than a wider band will when worn. A wider ring naturally fits more snugly on the finger.
Our rings are crafted with a beveled edge for added comfort, offering a smoother feel than a traditional flat band, although this differs from the standard “comfort fit” used by many jewelers.
For best accuracy, we do not recommend relying on ring-sizing dowels, as readings can vary and lead to inconsistent results.
NARROW BANDS (1mm-5mm)
For delicate bands, size using rings that closely match the width you plan to order.
If that’s not available, thin keyring-style sizers are generally reliable for this range.
TUNGSTEN RINGS
Our tungsten styles are crafted in an 8mm comfort-fit band and are available in half sizes from 7 to 13.5. Widths cannot be customized.
If purchasing tungsten, we recommend being sized with comfort-fit bands at least 6mm wide for the most accurate fit.
SIZING LOCALLY
If visiting a local jeweler, we suggest getting sized by 2–3 reputable shops and following the guidance above based on your chosen band width.
All of our rings are made to international sizing standards, with a precision tolerance of ±0.1 mm.

Returns & Exchanges
We do accept returns and exchanges as long as the ring is returned within 30 days of receiving it, and is returned in perfect condition. Please email us for instructions on sending the ring in!
Custom rings are final sale and may not be returned for any portion of a refund or store credit. “Custom” means altering the ring in any way from the listing you purchased it from, including altering the width of the ring, changing the materials, adding a custom ring engraving, etc.
Completed services such as ring engravings, rushes, etc., will not be refunded or credited.
Cancellations
Orders canceled within 24 hours are eligible for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellations may receive a 70% refund with a 30% restocking fee. For full details, please see our Cancellation Policy.
Design Rights
Staghead Designs retains the rights to all custom and commissioned designs and may feature them in our portfolio, marketing, or website listings.
Natural Variation
Because we work with natural materials, each ring will have its own unique color, grain, and character. No two rings are exactly alike.
All eligible rings will be engraved with our antler logo and metal type.
If you purchase a stone from the Staghead Mine, please note that loose stones are not shipped separately, and all sales are final.

My fiancé ordered my engagement ring through Staghead and it was beautiful! When it came time to order his wedding band we came right back. We also added an engraving inside that’s our wedding date and it turned out great :)
We were looking for a unique engagement ring with turquoise inlay to tell our story. Staghead was able to bring the design to life. The ring is very high quality and exceeded our expectations. The ring gets lots of compliments on both the uniqueness and the quality. The custom design process is very thorough with opportunity to edit the details and the mockup before finalizing. This process is done through email only which can make communication a challenge and take longer with delayed response times. A suggestion would be to allow phone conversations about the custom order with a followup email afterwards.
