I’ve returned the ring back to you all. It arrived December 22 with still no communication as to refund status. Service has gone beyond disappointing and reached embarrassing.
Absolutely gorgeous rings, have not worn them for long periods of time yet but they seem pretty sturdy/reliable. Only concern was the lack of communication during the making process but I still could not be happier with the rings themselves!
I can’t say enough about the rings I ordered or this company in general!!! I ordered (2) custom rings and they were even more beautiful than expected. I sent in material from my wedding dress for a custom inlay for my husband, and material from my daughter’s first outfit for an inlay for my dad. The craftsmanship is absolute perfection, the packaging is lovely, and the customer service was among the best I’ve ever experienced. I will absolutely order again. Thank you, Staghead Designs!!
