It’s been fourteen days since receiving our ring, and I still haven’t heard anything regarding an issue with our order. To be specific, we paid for a custom engraved box and didn’t receive it. It’s been fourteen days since submitting the claim, and we haven’t heard anything. Look, the jewelry is beautiful. The ring itself is so unique. But the impression I have is that customer service has not been invested upon enough. Our issue was just with a $35 dollar engraved box. What if it was a larger issue and we still hadn’t heard anything?
The ring is amazing! I love that I was able to put my wedding dress inside of it. The silicon ring that came with it is also great so he can wear it at work.
