I cannot express how much I love this ring.
I would only recommend an option where costumers can actually talk to a person. The email only is frustrating
I wrote the review about the ring that failed and not being able to wash your hands. luckily after a few messages they responded with intent to replace the ring and make things right. They allowed me to pick any ring I wanted and we chose solid metal with out seams for durability. it arrived in a cute box. The new ring is gorgeous, great quality and doesn’t have any areas to fail, I anticipate it will last a lifetime! We appreciate the situation being made right and being heard, not to mention now having a handsome shiny functional ring again. Thank you!
I'm sure like many people, ordering a ring online was pretty nerve wrecking. What if I missed the signs and it was all a scam? Or what if the quality just wasn't there? Luckily all fears were unfounded! Mine and my husband's rings were incredible! I was regretting ordering rose gold because I don't wear rose gold and I've seen rose gold that was way too pink and was so nervous. I had chosen rose gold because so many of the rings with moss agate were shown with it and people had said they saw me wearing a rose gold ring more. So long story short My fears were unfounded again. The shade of rose gold is so gorgeous I can't stop staring at it. I was also nervous about whether I would like the stone they chose for me. What if it had just the finest bit of green? I'd be so sad. So in my order I requested a specific look to the stone because I figured it couldn't hurt to ask. I asked for a more clear than milky stone with green throughout and oh boy did they deliver! I was thrilled with the stone they gave me, they clearly honored my request. Now for the design as a whole, I'm in love. I love that the center stone is a beautiful fun moss agate but I love that I'm not missing out on the shine of diamonds. So yeah. Buy the ring.
