Returns & Exchanges
We do accept returns and exchanges as long as the cufflink is returned within 30 days of receiving it, and is returned in perfect condition. Please email us for instructions on sending the cufflink in!
Custom cufflinks are final sale and may not be returned for any portion of a refund or store credit. “Custom” means changing the materials, adding a custom cufflink engraving, etc.
Completed services such as cufflink engravings, rushes, etc. will not be refunded or credited.
Cancellations
Orders canceled within 24 hours are eligible for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellations may receive a 70% refund with a 30% restocking fee. For full details, please see our Cancellation Policy.
Design Rights
Staghead Designs retains the rights to all custom and commissioned designs and may feature them in our portfolio, marketing, or website listings.
Natural Variation
Because we work with natural materials, each ring will have its own unique color, grain, and character. No two rings are exactly alike.
All eligible rings will be engraved with our antler logo and metal type.
If you purchase a stone from the Staghead Mine, please note that loose stones are not shipped separately and all sales are final.
