Because wood is a natural material, variation in appearance must be expected. No two hatchets will look the same due to different grain patterns in the wood and the stain absorbing differently into the wood.
Returns & Exchanges
We do accept returns and exchanges as long as the hatchet is returned within 30 days of receiving it, and is returned in perfect condition. Please email us for instructions on sending the hatchet in!
Custom hatchets are final sale and may not be returned for any portion of a refund or store credit. “Custom” means altering the hatchet in any way from the listing you purchased it Completed services such as engravings, rushes, etc. will not be refunded or credited.
Cancellations
Orders canceled within 24 hours are eligible for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellations may receive a 70% refund with a 30% restocking fee. For full details, please see our Cancellation Policy.
Design Rights
Staghead Designs retains the rights to all custom and commissioned designs and may feature them in our portfolio, marketing, or website listings.
Natural Variation
Because we work with natural materials, each hatchet will have its own unique color, grain, and character. No two hatchets are exactly alike.
