It’s been fourteen days since receiving our ring, and I still haven’t heard anything regarding an issue with our order. To be specific, we paid for a custom engraved box and didn’t receive it. It’s been fourteen days since submitting the claim, and we haven’t heard anything. Look, the jewelry is beautiful. The ring itself is so unique. But the impression I have is that customer service has not been invested upon enough. Our issue was just with a $35 dollar engraved box. What if it was a larger issue and we still hadn’t heard anything?
The ring is amazing! I love that I was able to put my wedding dress inside of it. The silicon ring that came with it is also great so he can wear it at work.

I was so prepared to love this ring. But the ring in black zirconium is so light-weight and so shiny that is looks and feels like plastic. Maybe I would have loved it in Damascus steel. But I can't afford that now because I spent my money on the what looks and feels like plastic.
I got my fiance the Glen Koa fishing ring - I was so unsure about it, picking it out myself and just trusting the process. He absolutely loved it and had no idea it was possible to add personal touches the way I did with this ring. It's beautifully made and was delivered well within the time frame I was given.

I like the ring and I think my fiancé will be happy with it, but it is different than what is online. The bone is much darker, more gray and brown than white. For the aesthetic, I wish it were more ivory.

I ordered the sizing kit, picked the correct size, but it’s a bit smaller than expected and is customized so I can’t exchange it. The look and feel is perfect though, but well still be looking for another ring :(

My Husband and I were waiting four weeks and we’re so excited to see the ring just to be so disappointed.
I am embarrassed, cause I got this for him. The gold nuggets are barely even visible not even close to the picture which now I have to wonder if it was enhanced with AI or something. so extremely disappointing. you have to look really hard to see them. I think he likes his $50 ring better than this one just saying a lot. I think I’m going to return this ring and just get him the original ring that I saw on.Jaxxon.
