Ring Warranty and Extend Protection Plan Information
What is an Extend Protection Plan?
The Extend Protection Plan is a great way for you to protect yourself from damage to your most valued items and provide you with coverage beyond our 60-day manufacturer’s warranty. There are different lengths of plans from 3 years to Lifetime that vary based on the qualifying purchase. Extend Protection Plan options appear when adding qualifying items to your cart or can also be added at checkout. The Extend Protection Plan is offered by Extend in collaboration with Staghead Designs. Extend will send an email with your policy information once your item has shipped!
When filing a claim with Extend, you will simply need to provide either your Order Number, email address, or another identifying piece of information.
Product repair
If your jewelry breaks, we'll repair it at no additional cost! And if we can't repair it, we'll replace it!
Added benefits
Includes refinishing, polishing, and rhodium plating.
Accidental damage
Resetting and repair of chipped or cracked stones, wood, or antler inlay, and other natural materials.

Manufacturer's Warranty
We take pride in our products, and our amazing artisans put in an incredible amount of work into making your jewelry! If you receive a damaged item or experience a manufacturing issue within 60 days, we will replace or repair the item as deemed necessary. However, this is not applicable if the damage is caused by not following our care guidelines.
Please note that repair or service performed by a jeweler other than Staghead Designs will void all warranties.
If you return your jewelry, Extend will issue a pro-rated refund based on how long you have had your ring. Coverage begins the day your ring ships.
