Fingerprint Wax Kit Super easy
CUSTOMIZED FINGERPRINT PENDANT
A customized fingerprint pendant is an ideal gift for special occasions such as birthdays, anniversaries, or Mother's Day. It’s also a great way to memorialize a loved one, capture a child’s print for a parent, celebrate the wearer's uniqueness, or even memorialize a beloved pet. This charm serves as a timeless, meaningful keepsake—whether worn daily or kept as a treasured memento.
Upon ordering, you will receive a specialized wax kit along with a return mailing label to easily create your fingerprint at home and ship it back to us. Once we receive and process the wax, the production time is 6 weeks. The charm is approximately 18-21mm in diameter.
- Available in: Silver, 14K Yellow Gold, 14K Rose Gold, & 14K White Gold
- Chain Style: Choose from 14K Gold Valentino, Rope, or Snake Chain. Be advised that if a gold chain is selected, the color will match the chosen pendant unless the customer states otherwise.
- Chain Length: Choose from 16in, 18in, or 20in
- Please note that each pendant is individually handcrafted and custom-made, ensuring that every piece is one-of-a-kind. Due to the personalized nature of our designs, slight variations in size and detail may occur. These differences are what make each pendant unique, adding to its beauty and character.
What you'll need
- Permanent Marker
- Microwave-Proof Cup
- Microwave

Candy or Meat thermometer
- Medical thermometers will not work
- Using a permanent marker add your order number to the top left corner of along three cards
- Wash hands to remove all oils or lotions that may affect fingerprints
- Measure one cup of water into a microwave-proof cup
- Microwave for 20-40 seconds (the time needed will vary depending on power level)

Using a candy or meat thermometer, confirm the water is at 140 degrees. If the water is not hot enough place the cup back in the microwave for 10-15 seconds at a time until the water reaches 140 degrees
- *You must use a candy or meat thermometer, medical thermometers will not work*
- Place your first piece of wax in the water for 60 seconds
- Use a spoon to remove the wax, immediately place it on top of the card, and firmly press your finger into the wax until you feel it start to give and are confident your print impression was made
- Repeat this process until all 3 pieces of wax are completed
- Allow time to for the wax pieces to dry, place them into the box, and ship them back to us to be cast!

RETURNS, EXCHANGES, & CANCELLATIONS
Returns & Exchanges
We do accept returns and exchanges as long as the ring is returned within 30 days of receiving it, and is returned in perfect condition. Please email us for instructions on sending the ring in!
Custom rings are final sale and may not be returned for any portion of a refund or store credit. “Custom” means altering the ring in any way from the listing you purchased it from including altering the width of the ring, changing the materials, adding a custom ring engraving, etc.
Completed services such as ring engravings, rushes, etc. will not be refunded or credited.
*Staghead Designs reserves the rights to any design created for a client and may post or share that design publicly as well as list the ring on our website for purchase*
Miscellaneous:
Please note that because we use natural materials in our rings (such as antler, etc.) there WILL be variation in how the color and grain of the materials in your ring turn out. No two rings will look the same!
The interior of all eligible rings will be engraved with our antler logo and the metal type of the ring you are purchasing.
If purchasing a stone from the Staghead Mine please note that we do not send the loose stone and all sales are final.

Image Engraving Requirements and Restrictions
Ring, Ring Box, and Lighter Engravings
- Images need to be a solid black silhouette or well defined solid black line art.
- Please upload a vector image with the file types .svg, .ai, or .eps.
- A .pdf is also an acceptable file type only if the file contains a vector image.
- Any other image types submitted or images lacking sufficient quality will be subject to additional fees.
- Keep in mind that the image submitted will need to be sized and scaled to the product being engraved.

Step One:
Create your imprints
Use the wax kit to create your fingerprint impressions. Warm and press the wax firmly onto the included card, repeat the process 3 times to ensure a successful impression. Allow the wax to dry fully, place the card with the wax back into the box, and return the package to us for casting.
Step Two:
Send them in for Casting
Once we receive your wax impressions, our artisans will begin casting to create your one-of-a-kind fingerprint charm. The best impression will be selected for casting, the other two will act as backups if any errors occur. Please allow 6 weeks for this process.
Step Three:
Receive your unique Pendant
Each pendant is individually handcrafted and custom-made, ensuring that every piece is one-of-a-kind. Due to the personalized nature of our designs, slight variations in size and detail may occur. These differences are what make each pendant unique, adding to its beauty and character.
