Returns & Exchanges

We do accept returns and exchanges as long as the necklace is returned within 30 days of receiving it, and is returned in perfect condition. Please email us for instructions on sending the necklace in!

Custom necklaces are final sale and may not be returned for any portion of a refund or store credit. “Custom” means altering the necklace in any way from the listing you purchased it from including altering the width, changing the materials, adding a custom engraving, etc.

Completed services such as necklace engravings, rushes, etc. will not be refunded or credited.

Please note that because we use natural materials in our jewelry, there WILL be variation in how the color and grain of the materials in your jewelry turn out. No two items will look the same!

If purchasing a stone from the Staghead Mine please note that we do not send the loose stone and all sales are final.

Not all ring designs, including engagement rings, can be engraved.

Box Engravings

Maximum Character limit of 30.

Knife Engravings

Maximum Character limit of 3
Engraving location needs to be specified handle or blade, not all engraving locations are available on all knives.

Hatchet Engravings

Maximum Character limit of 12
Can be engraved on one or on both sides of the handle.

Lighter Engravings

Maximum Character limit of 15
Can be engraved on the front, non-hinge side, and/or back of the lighter.

Flask Engravings

Maximum Character limit of 30.

Cufflinks Engravings

Maximum Character limit of 3
Engraving size and location may vary depending on material with natural variations.

Image Engraving Requirements and Restrictions

Ring, Ring Box, and Lighter Engravings

Images need to be a solid black silhouette or well defined solid black line art.
Please upload a vector image with the file types .svg, .ai, or .eps.
A .pdf is also an acceptable file type only if the file contains a vector image.
Any other image types submitted or images lacking sufficient quality will be subject to additional fees.
Keep in mind that the image submitted will need to be sized and scaled to the product being engraved.
