I submitted my order for a ring and was told it was cast wrong and would be late. Instead of fixing it they chose to send the wrong ring. I sent it back to be fixed, have waited over a month, and have just received the “new” ring, except it’s the exact same ring I sent them to replace. They also don’t like responding to emails, just a heads up.
