The details of your purchase are incredibly important to us, and we want to ensure that we have absolute clarity on what you are dreaming of. Therefore, our customer service team does not provide phone call consultations. This also creates opportunity to attach inspiration photos and have a written record of size info, materials, etc. that we can both refer back to.

Custom designs generally have an 8-10 week lead (handling) time once the order is placed. However, this may extend beyond 10 weeks. We cannot guarantee any completion dates with custom orders and do not offer any rush services on the design process. Lead time starts after you have placed your order, notified us of the ring size, and approved the final design.

We do not reserve stones for any customer expressing interest in a particular stone from the Staghead Mine. You must complete the purchase of the stone to reserve it.
