We received the ring within a timely manor, but I will say, Staghead gave me a little bit of a heart attack because when the week came for my ring to be delivered, I received an email saying my ring had only just began production. As I reached out to customer service, I did receive emails back, and I did inquire for a phone call, which I also received, which made me feel much better in my purchase while I was in mid panic. The ring got here on time, very beautiful, and they even over night shipped it for me, which I appreciated very much. Thank you Stag head for listening when I was concerned and accommodating me with free over night shipping. My only suggestion is if someone’s ring didn’t cast right putting production behind, you should let them know immediately so no panic attacks have to be had for your customers
