Sizing: This ring is a size 5 1/4 and cannot be resized.

This vintage ring is a one-of-a-kind design sold as is; no identical piece will be made. Please note that antique rings are often well-preserved but may show signs of age, such as slight wear or minor repairs. This wear only adds to their charm and authenticity! Each piece of antique jewelry can become a treasured heirloom for generations to come.

While we do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible, please be aware that items ordered after December 15th are not guaranteed to ship before the holidays.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES, & CANCELLATIONS

Returns & Exchanges

We do accept returns and exchanges as long as the necklace is returned within 30 days of receiving it, and is returned in perfect condition. Please email us for instructions on sending the necklace in!

Custom necklaces are final sale and may not be returned for any portion of a refund or store credit. “Custom” means altering the necklace in any way from the listing you purchased it from including altering the width, changing the materials, adding a custom engraving, etc.

Completed services such as necklace engravings, rushes, etc. will not be refunded or credited.

*Staghead Designs reserves the rights to any design created for a client and may post or share that design publicly as well as list the necklace on our website for purchase*

Miscellaneous:

Please note that because we use natural materials in our jewelry (such as wood, antler, etc.) there WILL be variation in how the color and grain of the materials in your jewelry turn out. No two items will look the same!

If purchasing a stone from the Staghead Mine please note that we do not send the loose stone and all sales are final.

Maximum Character limit of 30.
Not all ring designs, including engagement rings, can be engraved.

Engraving location needs to be specified handle or blade, not all engraving locations are available on all knives.

Ring, Ring Box, and Lighter Engravings

Images need to be a solid black silhouette or well defined solid black line art.
Please upload a vector image with the file types .svg, .ai, or .eps.
A .pdf is also an acceptable file type only if the file contains a vector image.
Any other image types submitted or images lacking sufficient quality will be subject to additional fees.
Keep in mind that the image submitted will need to be sized and scaled to the product being engraved.
