The ordering process didnt allow me to put in the discount code and when I contacted customer them they wouldnt honor it, and happened to announce a sale the next day and wouldn't allow that discount either. Beautiful ring, beautiful presentation, however the inner box, outer box and the box it shipped in - it was excessive.

I’ve returned the ring back to you all. It arrived December 22 with still no communication as to refund status. Service has gone beyond disappointing and reached embarrassing.
Absolutely gorgeous rings, have not worn them for long periods of time yet but they seem pretty sturdy/reliable. Only concern was the lack of communication during the making process but I still could not be happier with the rings themselves!
I can’t say enough about the rings I ordered or this company in general!!! I ordered (2) custom rings and they were even more beautiful than expected. I sent in material from my wedding dress for a custom inlay for my husband, and material from my daughter’s first outfit for an inlay for my dad. The ring is exactly what I wanted. This is our 2nd ring from Staghead and both my wife's ring along with mine are perfect. I chose a custom inlay and it came out better than I could imagine.
Ordered a wedding band last month and received it a bit sooner than expected. It is high quality and looks just as advertised when viewing the site. I was surprised a bit by the heft as I thought it would be lighter but I see that as a sign that it wasn’t made cheap and it’s built to last. I absolutely will be getting more from them in the future! Awesome job!
The ring is gorgeous. After trying it on my fiancé felt it was a bit too tight despite sizing. I followed the instructions for contacting about a return. After two emails I still haven’t heard back on how I can return/exchange the ring. I made sure there was a return policy prior to ordering, unfortunately it requires communication from the company.

This is our second marriage the both of us. We are doing a very small affair but I wanted him to have a ring that really speaks to him. He’s a huge car guy and this ring is beautiful and so him.
Slow shipping time even with expedited shipping and “ready to ship” availability. Ring eventually came in later than planned but its good quality and a solid product.
Our original rings were lapis lazuli but when we received them, they were much darker than what was illustrated. Also, my wife’s ring was sized wrong and was too small. We were able to return them for credit and ordered the blue opal instead. They admitted the wrong sizing and we now have our rings, they are crafted well and we love them. Great customer service!
