Our team is in the office Monday - Thursday and is available via email, phone, chat, and text; however, our designers have individual schedules that may differ slightly.

How it works:

While designing a custom ring, you will work one-on-one with one of our skilled designers to create your dream ring. Once finalized, the ring will be handmade to order by one of our passionate artisans. Our entire team works under one roof in Odgen, Utah to craft your one-of-a-kind ring. 

Please provide as many details as possible about your custom ring design. Feel free to reference our Engagement Ring Anatomy or our Custom Ring Gallery for inspiration. When working to create something fully customized please allow for additional time in response and production. This process cannot be easily expedited, as we want to ensure we can bring your dream ring to life!

Custom designs generally have an 8-10 week lead time. However, this may extend beyond 10 weeks depending on the design and the materials. This lead time begins after the final design has been approved, the ring size has been confirmed, and the order has been placed.

We cannot guarantee any completion dates with custom orders and do not offer rush services on the design process.

There is no minimum budget requirement for custom designed rings.

We do not reserve stones for any customer expressing interest in a particular stone from the Staghead Mine. The purchase of the stone must be completed to reserve it.

Custom rings are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or store credit.

For liability reasons, we will require a signature confirmation upon delivery of your custom ring regardless of the shipping option you select at checkout. Due to the cost and the unique nature of each stone, we want to ensure your ring arrives safely!
