 Returns & Exchanges

We do accept returns and exchanges as long as we are contacted within 15 days of receiving the ring, and the ring arrives in perfect condition.

Custom Rings: If your ring is custom you will have the option to receive 100% store credit OR a 40% refund. 
*Custom means altering the ring in any way from what the ring listing shows - different width, adding a ring engraving, different materials, etc. This also includes brand new ring designs that we worked with the client to create.

Non-Custom Rings: If your ring is not custom, meaning you purchased it exactly as it's seen in our listing photos, you can return the ring for a full refund or exchange it for a ring that is of equal or lesser value. If you would like to exchange your ring for a ring for one that has a higher value than what you originally paid we will provide you with a store credit which can used to purchase the new ring. The price difference will be paid at checkout.

In the event you need to send your ring in for a return or exchange, simply email us with your order number and put "Attention Returns" in the subject line of the email. 

*Please note that services purchased, such as custom engravings, will not be refunded or credited. Shipping charges will also not be refunded or credited.
*We will not provide a return shipping label. The customer is responsible for shipping charges to return the ring.
*Any refunds will automatically be processed through the original payment method and we are not responsible if the customer no longer has access to that account.

Resizes

If you receive your ring and it doesn't fit, you can send it in for 1 free resize! We must be contacted within 15 days of you receiving the ring, and you must have opted to use our free ring sizer at the time of purchase.

In the event you need to send your ring in for the free resize, simply email us with your order number and put "Attention Returns" in the subject line of the email. We will provide you with a return shipping label as well as pay for the cost of shipping the ring back to you. Both labels will be USPS First Class Mail. If you'd like to upgrade your shipping, or require a signature upon arrival, please contact us for shipping options and pricing.

If you did not use our free sizer, or will be contacting us after the 15 days, we would still love to help you get a ring that fits you great! Please email us for options and pricing.

Repairs

Each ring we sell comes with a FREE lifetime-limited warranty. This covers a lifetime of free reseals (resealing the natural materials used in the ring) as well as polishes to ensure your ring is protected and will look great for a lifetime! 

Women's engagement rings receive a lifetime of free inspections, cleanings, and the tightening of prongs! We recommend getting the prongs checked at least annually to ensure they are tight and securing the precious stones.

We also offer an Extended Lifetime warranty as well for those who want extra coverage and protection. This covers a lifetime of free reseals and polishes as well as free repairs to the natural materials in your ring. Please see our Lifetime-Limited Warranty page HERE for more information. 

Cancellations

If you contact us within 24 hours of your purchase you will receive a 100% refund. If contacting us after 24 hours of ordering: 

Without the Extended Lifetime Warranty: A 30% restocking fee will be retained, and you will receive a 70% refund.
*Ring engravings and box engravings will not be refunded if service has been completed

With the Extended Lifetime Warranty: You will receive a full refund, minus the warranty cost
*Ring engravings and box engravings will not be refunded if service has been completed

Payments

Because each ring is handcrafted to order, all payments must be made in full before work on your one-of-a-kind ring can begin, we do offer Klarna as a payment plan option for all those that need credit options. All payments made through this site are processed securely.

Lead Time

Each ring is handcrafted from raw materials and is custom made to order just for you! Because of this, we do require a 3 week lead time to produce your ring if it is made from titanium, Damascus steel, or black zirconium (with no silver or gold), 6 weeks for rings that have gold or silver, and 8 weeks for our women's engagement and wedding bands, or any ring with precious stones. Please keep in mind that if you order a ring engraving or ring box engraving it may add up to a week to your ship date. If this time frame will not work for you, we do offer a rush service which moves your order ahead in the make line and gets it to you sooner! We also have a page of in-stock rings which are ready to ship within 2-4 weeks.

Shipping

If shipping within the US, we offer free UPS Ground shipping. Expedited shipping options are provided at checkout, including the option to add a signature confirmation upon delivery. Because we cannot control the actual shipping process, we are not responsible or liable for any shipping delays. Because of this, we cannot guarantee that a ring will arrive on a specific date, but we can guarantee it will ship in time to arrive by the date needed if a rush is purchased.

International shipping is available during the checkout process. Please be advised that shipping to your country may incur a tax or custom charge upon receiving the ring, which you will be responsible to pay for. We have no way of knowing what that amount will be or if there will even be one. It is also illegal for us to mark rings as gifts to avoid this tax.
